Health Tech Synergy Funds
Health Tech Growth Fund,
Health Tech Venture Fund
Health Tech Growth (“HTG”) and Health Tech Venture (“HTV”) are two funds for institutional investors that intend to create investment and business synergies between 50 of today’s most innovative health and medical technology companies.
Unlike traditionally managed funds, HTG and HTV are administered by a technology consortium and fund management fees are shared between the portfolio companies themselves to create incentives for integrating portfolio companies into their business strategies.
In collaboration with the International Organisation for Medical Data Compliance (IOMDC), HTG and HTV portfolio companies participate in a consortium blockchain that allows customers to obtain real digital assets to utilise services from all portfolio companies. Real digital assets can also be used to settle bills between healthcare, service and insurance providers.
HTG includes 10 medium-sized health technology companies with a capitalisation of more than €10 million and an established growth strategy. HTV includes 40 select early-stage companies with a unique value proposition that has the potential to disrupt the healthcare industry, most with patented or patent-pending technologies.
Synergy: the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements.
